At Primal Makina, we provide technical services that begin with equipment selection and continue throughout plant operation. We define the scope of our services according to project requirements, site conditions and the responsibilities agreed with our customers.

Pre-Sales Consulting and Project Engineering

To identify the right solution for your investment, we assess the feed type, raw material characteristics, target capacity and existing plant conditions. We advise on equipment selection and process planning, taking available space, budget and future expansion plans into account.

For both new installations and upgrades to existing lines, we evaluate how the machinery fits into the production process and meets the project’s technical requirements.

Installation and Commissioning

Depending on the project scope, we support equipment preparation for shipment, installation or installation supervision, and commissioning.

During commissioning, mechanical, electrical and automation checks are carried out. Equipment operating directions, safety functions and coordination across the production line are assessed. Following trial runs and the necessary process adjustments, the plant is handed over in accordance with the agreed procedures.

Operator Training and Technical Documentation

We train operators in equipment operation, basic process settings, daily checks and maintenance requirements to support safe and correct use.

We provide the operating and maintenance documentation and handover records included in the project scope, helping the operating team become familiar with the plant and plan routine maintenance.

After-Sales Technical Service and Spare Parts

We provide troubleshooting, maintenance, repair and spare parts support to address technical needs during operation. Depending on the issue, we arrange remote technical assistance or on-site service.

Our aim is to identify the cause of problems, plan the appropriate corrective action and support production continuity.

Scheduled Maintenance and Service Agreements

We develop scheduled maintenance programs and annual service agreements based on the plant’s operating intensity, equipment configuration and maintenance needs.

Through planned inspections, we aim to detect wear and performance issues early, reduce the risk of unplanned downtime and help extend equipment service life.
